The History of Penis Exercises

Penis exercises are probably the oldest penis enlargement method in the world. A long time ago people understood that human body reacts to external stimuli. Even more important that this helps human body adapt to the environment. This is the basis of all sports: you train your body to do something it couldn't do before: run faster, jump higher, lift more weight. In order to adapt to the changed environment, the body needs to change. The well-known example of this is bodybuilding: in order to lift more weight, the body needs more muscles. And, the body grows muscles when it finds out it needs to!

It is unknown when exactly men understood that they can change their body on demand, but it is well known that the penis was one of the first body parts that men became to change. The first mention of penis exercises is related to ancient Arabic tribes, which are known for their nomad pattern of living. Penis exercises were used by these tribes in initiation rites, that is rituals that all young boys must perform before they could be recognized as full-fledged members of the society. From this we can see very clearly that penis was considered a very important symbol of manhood -- a boy had to increase his penis size before he could be called a man.

In Ancient Greece, penis exercises were also well-known although Greeks didn't use them to enlarge the penis (as a small penis was considered more beautiful in Ancient Greece). The goal of penis exercises was to maintain penis health and increase one's sexual stamina (sexual satisfaction was very important during antiquity). In Ancient Egypt, penis exercises were a sacred knowledge available only to priests and pharaohs -- they used these exercise to maintain longer erections and achieve more intense orgasms.

In medieval times penis exercises although practiced by some, were almost completely forgotten and made taboo. Only recently penis exercises were approved by doctors and clinical trials were conducted to test their effectiveness and develop safe penis exercise programs.
